Alleged ringleader of fraternity cocaine operation surrenders

The alleged ringleader of a cocaine-trafficking operation at Penn State fraternities surrendered, prosecutors said. Agostino Abbatiello, 24, was denied bail at his arraignment and will face multiple felony charges.
