Disability Recruitment: 200 Qualified Graduates Say Government Failed Them

The Coalition of Unemployed Graduates with Disabilities is demanding government action over what it says is a failure to honour the five per cent public sector recruitment quota for persons with disabilities.
The group says none of the 200 qualified graduates with disabilities it submitted for consideration in the recent Ghana Education Service recruitment exercise was selected.
The graduates are calling for greater transparency and action to ensure qualified persons with disabilities have access to public sector employment opportunities.
