China's reusable rocket lands on legs for first time | Full landing sequence
#China has successfully landed a #rocket booster on landing legs for the first time, marking a major step forward in the country's reusable launch technology. After launch and stage separation, the #Zhuque-3 booster adjusted its position, slowed its descent, and touched down smoothly using landing legs and grid fins. Powered by liquid oxygen and methane, the booster completed a fully autonomous high-precision landing. Following a successful sea-based recovery in July, this breakthrough demonstrates China's growing ability to recover rocket boosters both at sea and on land, paving the way for more flexible and #cost-effective commercial launches.
