Colombia earthquake recovery: Who will pay for rebuilding?

A week after a devastating earthquake, Colombia is moving from emergency response toward the much longer challenge of recovery and reconstruction.

Damaged infrastructure, disrupted communities and major economic costs raise a difficult question: who ultimately bears the cost of rebuilding?

CGTN's Sean Callebs spoke with Edwin Armenta, Operations Coordinator for the International Federation of the Red Cross's Colombia office, about tthe recovery ahead, humanitarian needs and the economic challenges facing affected communities.
