The management of Laboma Beach Resort has denied reports that some of its facilities are located within the buffer zone of the Kpeshie Lagoon.
Management maintains that all facilities at the resort were constructed outside the designated buffer zone of the lagoon.
The resort says the claims do not accurately reflect the location of its facilities and has sought to clarify its position amid ongoing concerns over developments around Ghana's wetlands and water bodies.
