The Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) has raised concerns over the growing sale and promotion of illicit and unapproved medicines and other regulated products on digital platforms.
The Authority says it is closely monitoring online platforms and intensifying enforcement efforts to curb the practice and protect the public from potentially harmful products.
The FDA is urging consumers to be cautious when purchasing medicines and other regulated products online, particularly where sellers cannot provide evidence of regulatory approval.
