Lindsay Clancy denied care by crisis hotline, psychiatrist says

Psychiatrist Dr. Donald Condie testified as an expert witness for the defense about Lindsay Clancy's attempts to receive care. During questioning, Condie said a suicide hotline denied Lindsay Clancy a higher level of care because she didn't have a suicide plan prior to the killings of her children.
