Masked man chases jogger, asks ‘Are you ready to die?’

Philadelphia Police are looking for a man wearing a “Chucky doll” Halloween- class face mask who they say accosted at least a half dozen people in Philadelphia. CCTV shows the man approaching and chasing a woman who was jogging near City Hall. Officers are urging anyone with information to come forward.
