UENR Exams Proceed Despite Ongoing GAUA Strike

The ongoing strike action by members of the Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA) is not affecting end-of-semester examinations at the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) in Sunyani.

Despite the industrial action, the university has put measures in place to ensure students write their examinations as scheduled.

The Secretary of the University Teachers Association of Ghana (UTAG) at UENR, Dr. Francis Douglas Appiah, says the necessary arrangements have been made to safeguard the integrity of the examination process.

He says the university remains committed to ensuring that the examinations are conducted smoothly without unduly affecting students.
