Court rulings against Yabloko highlight the shrinking space for anti-war voices in Russia | DW News

Two major blows hit Russia's anti-war opposition on the same day: the Supreme Court rejected Yabloko's appeal against its exclusion from the State Duma party-list ballot, while deputy chairman Lev Shlosberg was sentenced to 11 years in a penal colony. Yabloko has been the only registered political party to openly oppose Russia's war in Ukraine.
