NDC Explains: Ghana’s 24-Hour Economy Does NOT Mean Working 24 Hours

The National Democratic Congress has clarified that the government's flagship 24-hour economy policy does not require people to work continuously for 24 hours.
According to the NDC's National Communications Team, the policy is designed to create the infrastructure, systems and support services needed to enable businesses and selected sectors to operate around the clock.
Speaking on Channel One TV's Breakfast Daily, National Communications Team member Abdulai Sakra Alhassan said the government is working to provide key systems, including security and access to markets, to make 24-hour operations possible.
