Baffour Awuah: Ghana Must Investigate Officials Linked to US Bribery Case

Baffour Awuah is calling for a bipartisan parliamentary probe to investigate the wider circumstances surrounding the case, arguing that the alleged conduct occurred in Ghana and reportedly involved public officials and politically exposed persons.
He says an inquiry could help establish the facts, protect innocent individuals from allegations and prevent similar incidents in the future.
The discussion also touches on concerns about the Attorney General and investigative agencies, as well as Baffour Awuah's defence of former Scholarship Secretariat boss Kingsley Agyemang against allegations made publicly by Ghana's High Commissioner to the UK.
