Good News: Dad breaks World Record for mile run while pushing stroller

Stephen Biebelhausen is nonstop. A 30-year-old dad, he ran the Guardian Mile race in Cleveland while pushing his daughter in a stroller, finishing in 4 minutes and 17 seconds, and appearing to shatter the Guinness World Record. NBC News' Hallie Jackson has the story.
