Two people have been arrested in connection with the reported disappearance of the remains of the late Odupong Nni Overlord, Awosu Tete.

Traditional leaders have, however, confirmed that the remains have since been found and are urging members of the community to remain calm as customary mourning rites begin.

The development has raised concerns within the traditional area, with authorities expected to establish the circumstances surrounding the disappearance and subsequent recovery of the remains.
