Hundreds of NPP supporters gather at the party's office in Asokwa for a vigil in solidarity with Ashanti Regional Chairman Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi.

The supporters, clad in party colours and waving party flags, are calling for fairness in the ongoing legal proceedings involving the NPP regional chairman.

Chairman Wontumi is facing legal challenges over allegations related to illegal mining activities at Samaboi in the Western Region.

The supporters are urging the party leadership to stand with Chairman Wontumi and calling for justice to be served.
