Israeli settlers besiege Palestinian homes in West Bank as families fear eviction
Israeli settlers have surrounded three Palestinian homes in Qusra, in the Occupied West Bank, cutting off water and electricity and trapping Palestinian families inside.
The siege has lasted for days, with security camera footage showing settlers surrounding the properties, erecting tents and at times attempting to break in.
Palestinian families say they live in constant fear, while children are afraid to leave their parents' side. Israeli forces have also been filmed joining settlers in morning prayers rather than dispersing them, while soldiers told Palestinian families to leave their homes.
The families have since moved into one of the three homes, fearing they would not be able to return.
Settlers have also blocked ambulances and people bringing food, leaving basic supplies running low. The standoff has drawn growing international attention and condemnation.
Al Jazeera's Perry Wilton reports on the situation in Qusra.
