Over the past six months, Cubans have endured the severe impact of a U.S. oil blockade affecting all areas of Cuba's economy and society. Hospitals lacking electricity to run equipment, 20-hour blackouts, no gas to cook meals, no fuel for transportation, or pumps for drinking water. CGTN's correspondent Luis Chirino reports.
