New allegations in the Nick Reiner indictment

Nick Reiner pleaded not guilty Wednesday to two counts of murder, with new special circumstance allegations of multiple murders and murder by means of lying in wait, according to Los Angeles County officials. Special circumstances allegations can increase potential penalties in the sentencing phase of a trial.
