Puerto Rico water crisis: Why drought and aging infrastructure are driving rationing

An ongoing water shortage in the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico has hundreds of thousands of residents on water rations. An unrelenting drought and crumbling infrastructure is pushing the island deeper into crisis.

CGTN's Sean Callebs spoke to Jorge Gonzalez-Cruz, a Professor at the Atmospheric Sciences Research Center in the University at Albany, about the financial and physical toll the water shortage is having on Puerto Ricans.
