Tad Devine, the chief strategist for Bernie Sanders' 2016 presidential campaign, argues in his new book that members of the Democratic Party's establishment conspired to prevent Sanders from capturing the nomination. The book is called "How the Democrats Screwed Bernie." Devine joined "The Takeout" to discuss.
