NIA Expands 24-Hour Services to Kumasi, Plans 20+ Centres Nationwide

The National Identification Authority (NIA) is set to open two 24-hour Prestige Centres in Kumasi this weekend, allowing members of the public to access NIA services at any time convenient to them.
The centres form part of the Authority's plans to expand its 24-hour service model across the country.
Speaking during a tour of the NIA's first-ever 24-hour Prestige Centre in Accra, NIA Executive Secretary Wisdom Kwaku Deku said the Authority plans to establish more than 20 such centres nationwide.
He added that the initiative, being implemented in partnership with private sector operators, is expected to create more than 120 employment opportunities.
