ICE plans to equip agents with electrical shock gloves

Immigration and Customs Enforcement is planning to spend between $10 and $20 million to purchase electric shock gloves. The manufacturer markets the glove as a "wearable de-escalation device" that can deliver a maximum voltage of up to 380 volts.
