A baby has been pulled alive from the rubble after Colombia's deadliest earthquake in years. But with more than 200 people dead and thousands still missing, rescuers are racing against time to find others trapped beneath collapsed buildings. We spoke to our correspondent in Cali about the search effort, the scale of the devastation and the chances of finding more survivors.
