“Ask EOCO” – Dennis Miracles Responds to Allegations of Misusing Gov’t Funds | Face to Face

Aide to former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, Dennis Miracles Aboagye, has refused to comment on allegations surrounding an investigation by the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) into claims that he misused government funds.
Speaking on The Point of View with Umaru Sanda Amadu, Dennis Miracles repeatedly declined to discuss the details of the case, insisting that questions about the investigation should be directed to EOCO.
He said he had previously addressed the allegations and maintained that he knows “when to say what and when not to say what.”
Dennis Miracles also responded to claims made by Dr Dominic Gameli Hoedoafia, Executive Secretary of the Inter-Ministerial Coordinating Committee on Decentralisation (IMCCoD), concerning his time at the organisation.
He disputed the account that he sacked Dr Gameli, explaining that the organisation was undergoing changes after a decision was taken to migrate staff onto the Civil Service structure.
Dennis Miracles said staff were initially asked to leave pending the necessary clearance, but were later invited back after Finance Ministry clearance was secured. He insisted he has documentation to support his account.
