Members of the Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA) at KNUST have deserted their offices as the Association's indefinite strike enters its second day.
The Association is protesting what it describes as disparities in Market Premium and related allowances between Teaching and Non-Teaching Senior Members.
The industrial action has raised concerns about its potential impact on administrative operations and services at universities as the Association pushes for what it considers fairer treatment for its members.
