Former Minister of State for Finance Abena Osei-Asare is calling on President John Dramani Mahama to investigate reported losses incurred by GoldBod.
Osei-Asare claims that GH¢6 billion of the reported US$1.7 billion loss could have been used to fund the recruitment of unemployed nurses.
She is therefore demanding greater scrutiny of GoldBod's reported financial performance and is urging government to establish how the losses were incurred.
