China designates 16 cities as pilot hubs for 'film+' model

No doubt China's box office this summer has been heating up, but those crowds aren't staying in the cinema. China's National Film Administration and the Ministry of Commerce have jointly launched a series of "film+" initiatives, designating 16 cities as pilot hubs for this new model. Films are sending people to the places that inspired them.
