Adamus Mining Lease Revocation Upheld After Ministerial Review

The Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, has upheld the initial revocation of Adamus Resources Limited's mining leases following a review of an appeal filed by the mining company.

The decision comes after a Ministerial Review Committee submitted its report on the company's appeal.

During a working visit to the Adamus mine at Salman in the Ellembelle District of the Western Region, the Lands Minister said the Review Committee had affirmed most of the breaches earlier established against the company.

The development means the initial decision to revoke Adamus Resources' mining leases remains in place as government moves to address the issues identified in the review process.
