33 Foreign Nationals Rescued From Forced Prostitution in Ghana
The Anti-Human Trafficking Unit of the Ghana Police Service has rescued 33 foreign nationals, including minors, from alleged forced commercial sex activities.
The victims were reportedly lured to Ghana with promises of employment but were allegedly forced into prostitution. Authorities say ransoms of up to GH¢20,000 were reportedly demanded for their release.
