Germany military service: Many unwilling to sign up despite government push

Germany is looking to expand its military, ramping up weapons production and trying to recruit more young people in the armed forces. Like other European and NATO states, Germany says it fears military action by Russia as the US pulls back from European security. But an increasing number of Germans say they will refuse to join the military.
