Millennium City Roads Improved, But Residents Demand Lasting Solution

Residents of Millennium City and Yesukrom in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region can now heave a sigh of relief following a road improvement intervention in the communities.

Residents had for months raised concerns about the deplorable condition of roads in the area, which they say has made transportation difficult.

The reshaping exercise, being undertaken by the management of the Pentecost Convention Centre, is expected to improve movement and ease transportation challenges in the affected communities.

However, residents say the intervention does not provide a lasting solution and are calling for permanent road construction to address the problem.
