Violence in Sri Lankan prisons: At least three inmates killed, 20 others injured

At least three inmates have been killed and more than 20 others injured in fighting at several prisons across Sri Lanka.

Investigators suspect the violence may be linked to rival drug gangs and are looking into whether the incidents were part of a coordinated campaign.

The latest violence comes a month after 32 people were killed in another prison incident.
