'TEMPORARY tenant': Trump SLAMMED by appeals court, blocking his White House ballroom construction

A divided appeals court has blocked Trump from continuing the construction of his White House ballroom on the grounds that congressional approval is required for the project to proceed. The court's injunction will not go into effect for 14 days to allow Trump to appeal up to the Supreme Court, which he has vowed to do.
