120-Bed Weija Children Specialist Hospital Officially Handed Over to Ghana Health Service

The contractor responsible for the construction of the Weija Children Specialist Hospital has handed over the completed facility to government.
Officials from the Ministry of Health received the facility and subsequently handed it over to the Ghana Health Service on Friday, August 7.
The development marks a major step towards the operationalization of the specialist paediatric healthcare facility, which is expected to improve access to advanced medical care for children and reduce pressure on existing children's hospitals.
