Teen dressed as clown accused of fatally stabbing elderly man

John Wesley Allen Sr. was waiting at a bus stop in East St. Louis, Illinois, when he was stabbed in a “random attack” by a 15-year-old suspect wearing a clown costume, state police say. The suspect has been charged with first-degree murder.
