'Surreal & absurd': Olympian charged over Reflecting Pool speaks out

A judge on Thursday officially tossed out a case the Justice Department brought against former Olympian David Hearn, whom they had accused of feloniously vandalizing the Reflecting Pool earlier this summer.

Hearn and his attorney Norm Eisen speak with CNN's Kaitlan Collins in his first interview since the DOJ dismissed the charges. He says the ordeal is not the America he knows.
