25 States Sue Trump Administration Over Latest Tariffs
A coalition of 25 states has sued the Trump administration over its latest round of tariffs on 60 trading partners, arguing the U.S. president exceeded his authority in what they describe as an attempt to replace levies previously struck down by the Supreme Court.
