‘GASLIGHTER-IN-CHIEF!’: Trump admin. sued over new round of ‘illegal’ tariffs

Twenty-five Democratic-led states have are suing the Trump administration, arguing the White House is using concerns about forced labor as a legal justification to revive sweeping new tariffs after courts struck down two previous versions of the policy. California Attorney General Rob Bonta tells MS NOW's Lawrence O'Donnell that Donald Trump is "like a dog with a bone" repeatedly trying to enforce the same global tariff policy through different legal authorities.
