New Supreme Leader strengthens Iran despite communication challenges: President

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian told state television on Wednesday, Aug. 5, that reaching the new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is difficult at this time, but that does not diminish his importance to the country and its people. He added that the Supreme Leader is a point of strength for Iran and remains very much with the country.
