Jalapeños sold at Chipotle, Qdoba linked to salmonella surge as cyclospora outbreak continues

Bacteria-contaminated jalapeños are being linked to a salmonella outbreak, health officials say. This comes as the ongoing cyclosporiasis outbreak has now reached 15 states. CBS News' Shanelle Kaul has the latest details.
