17+ killed in Ukraine as Russia ramps up civilian strikes

At least 17 people were killed and dozens wounded in Kyiv and surrounding areas overnight as Russia fired more than two dozen ballistic and anti-ship missiles, none of which were intercepted by Ukrainian defenses.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky once again called on Ukraine's allies to provide it with the military hardware required to down Russian missiles. But, reports of dwindling American weapon stockpiles could affect Ukraine's ability to receive that hardware from the United States.

This as Russia continues to engage in what Zelensky called “human safaris”, hunting down civilians in drone attacks. A victim of one of these attacks caught on video speaks out about what happened.
