Second mass strike in a week: Kyiv’s air defences run out

Russia launches more than 30 missiles at Kyiv overnight, its second mass strike on the capital in less than a week. A Nova Poshta postal depot is hit, leaving a huge crater, killing three people and destroying over 10,000 packages. None of the missiles are intercepted as Ukraine warns Patriot stocks are critically low. Confusion over US licensing plans leaves Kyiv exposed and anxious.
