Physician's assistant testifies about Lindsay Clancy's injuries at her murder trial

The murder trial of Lindsay Clancy wrapped its seventh day on Wednesday. Clancy has admitted to killing her three children, but her defense says she was experiencing an extreme mental health crisis at the time of their deaths. CBS News' Shanelle Kaul has more.
