Sikaman Chief Appeals for Fulfilment of Government Promises After Helicopter Crash

The Benkumhene of Sikaman-Brofoyedru, Nana Amoako, has appealed to government to fulfil promises made to the community following the August 6 helicopter crash.
He said commitments made after the tragedy, including improving the road network, completing the abandoned community centre and other development interventions, remain important to residents.
The appeal comes as the community marks one year since the crash, which claimed eight lives and brought national attention to Sikaman-Brofoyedru as residents played a key role in the rescue efforts.
Nana Amoako said delivering on the promised interventions would serve as a lasting support to the community and honour the memory of those who lost their lives.
