Lebanon-Israel talks in Rome: Israeli forces maintain position in the south

The second day of negotiations between Lebanon and Israel are underway in Rome. The talks are focused on the implementation of the US-brokered 'framework agreement'. Under the deal, the Lebanese military is expected to retake control of villages currently occupied by Israeli forces in southern Lebanon.
