Plus, a man with a previous manslaughter conviction was arrested in Spokane, WA and had his first appearance in court today. Authorities say he is responsible for the fire that has reduced hundreds of homes to rubble and forced thousands of people to evacuate. And Chipotle says it has replaced jalapeños over salmonella concerns. The restaurant chain reports jalapeños are used in guacamole, pico de gallo and more. Meanwhile, we have new reporting on more cases in that illness linked to lettuce. Plus, the FCC won't allow many new foreign made robotic devices, a lot of them coming from China, to be sold in the U.S., citing national security and economic concerns. And in 'Good News Tonight' 6-year-old Asher Harvey loves the Carolina Panthers. He was born with a heart anomaly that his mom says is akin to having “half a heart,” but he hasn't let that stop him from dreaming big. So with the help of the Make-A-Wish foundation, Harvey signed with the Panthers for a day, and even scored a touchdown with the team.
