Rep. Max Miller calls for House investigation into himself amid abuse allegations

Ohio Rep. Max Miller denies all allegations of domestic abuse by his ex-wife and has called for a House Ethics investigation into himself. Miller said he will not drop his re-election bid. NBC News' Scott Wong reports.
