US states sue Trump administration over new tariffs

Half of US states are suing the US government over President Trump's latest round of tariffs. The states claim the latest levies are a way of getting around a ruling from the US Supreme Court that struck down many of the administrations previous tariffs. CGTN's Jim Spellman reports.
