The inaugural D. A. Twum Jnr Fellowship has been launched to groom the next generation of leaders in advertising and marketing communications through mentorship and practical industry training.
The three-month fellowship is designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry, providing participants with hands-on experience and exposure to real-world challenges in the creative and communications sector.
Speaking at the induction of the first cohort, Chief Executive Officer of The Ninani Group, Joel Edmund Nettey, said the initiative honours the legacy of D. A. Twum Jnr by equipping young professionals with the skills, knowledge and networks needed to excel in the industry.
The fellowship is expected to support the growth of Ghana's advertising and marketing communications landscape by investing in emerging talent.
