Head coach of Ghana's Black Satellites, Maxwell Konadu, says major changes will be made to the team following Ghana's disappointing campaign at the 2026 WAFU Zone B Under-20 Championship.
Ghana exited the competition at the group stage after failing to win any of their three matches, a performance that has triggered concerns ahead of next year's Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), which Ghana will host.
Speaking after the team's elimination, Maxwell Konadu admitted the need for a reshuffle of the squad and promised changes to the Black Satellites roster as preparations begin for the continental tournament.
The coach says the focus is now on rebuilding a competitive team capable of representing Ghana successfully at the U-20 AFCON.
